Frequently asked questions

HOW TO REGISTER

Click on the "Register here" button to the right of this page. Doing so will take you to the online registration portal "Currinda"

Delegates who have previously registered for an event using Currinda will have an existing Currinda profile and should log in using their existing username and password.
New users will be required to create a new user profile.

Once your profile is complete, simply follow the prompts on screen to register for the event and book tickets to any social events. When complete, you will receive a confirmation of registration email.

To make changes to your registration at any stage, you can simply log back into Currinda (using your username and password) and make any necessary changes.


REGISTRATION PAYMENT

A secure site is provided for all online payments. Details of all payments made can be found in the "payments" tab of your Currinda dashboard. Payment options are:

Credit Card - Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Please note, payments by MasterCard and Visa attract a 1.10% surcharge and American Express 3.30% surcharge.
Cheque - either personal or from your institute
Direct Debit - payment details will be sent via email when you select this method of payment

An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.

The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.

All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your ‘dashboard’. The ‘dashboard’ also keeps a record of any abstract you have submitted.


CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of A$100 if made in writing before the Friday the 26th August 2016. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.

Additional fees may be charged if a hotel booking has been cancelled (depending on Hotel Policies).


CHANGES TO YOUR REGISTRATION

Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should be made via your registration 'dashboard' in the first instance, or directed in an email to the conference secretariat, who will endeavour to accommodate the request.

INSURANCE

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The meeting secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
